Terms & Conditions
Rerein is a support service based in England. Our aim is to support and educate girls and young women through accessible, honest resources and projects focused on body literacy, mental health and wellbeing.
Donations
All donations made to Rerein are voluntary gifts, made from your own funds, with no goods, services or benefits given in return. Donations are used to further our work, including content creation, campaign work, educational materials, and operational costs.
Unless we state otherwise on a specific campaign page, your donation will be used where the need is greatest across Rerein's work. We do not allocate donations to individual beneficiaries. If we raise more than is needed for a particular project, surplus funds will be used for our wider work.
Voluntary nature of donations
You confirm that any donation is made from your own funds and that you have authority to use the payment method you provide.
Payment processing & refunds
Card and PayPal payments made via our website are processed securely by our payment providers. Rerein does not store your full card details. You are responsible for ensuring the details you provide are correct.
As donations are voluntary gifts to support our work, if you believe a payment has been made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or duplicate donation), please contact us as soon as possible with details of the transaction, including your name, the date, and the amount.
One-off donations
When you make a one-off donation, you are authorising a single payment for the amount you select. This will not repeat unless you separately set up a monthly donation.
Monthly donations
By setting up a monthly donation, you authorise Rerein and/or our payment providers to collect your chosen amount from your selected payment method monthly, until you or we cancel the plan. You can cancel your monthly donation at any time.
